Who we are
Our vacation rental business is a joint venture of Planeacion En Marketing, S.C., a Mexico Sociedad Civil, and KAMA COM LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, which own the tradename “Casa Oasis Todos Santos“. Casa Oasis Todos Santos is physically located at Pericues SN, Colonia La Poza, Barrio San Vicente, Todo Santos, BCS 23300 Mexico. Casa Oasis Todos Santos operates under Hotel License issued by the Municipality of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Our primary website address is: https://oasisbcs.com. We own additional websites that link to our primary website address or our reservation system providers, including Evolve Vacation Rentals, Airbnb, Vrbo, Flipkey, and Booking.com
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Windows Explorer and other File Managers make it easy to delete EXIF metadata from one photo or an entire batch of photos at once. Follow these steps:
- Open the folder containing your image files.
- Select all the files you want to delete EXIF metadata from.
- Right-click anywhere within the selected fields and choose “Properties.”
- Click the “Details” tab.
- At the bottom of the “Details” tab, you’ll see a link titled “Remove Properties and Personal Information.” Click this link.
- Windows will ask whether you want to make a copy of the photo with this information removed, or if you want to remove the information from the original. Choose the option you prefer and click “OK.”
Metability QuickFix is a free product that will remove GPS coordinates and other metadata from photos. It’s even easier to use than a File Manager: just drag the photo files into the program, then click “Quick Fix.” When you check the “Properties” of these files in Windows after running them through QuickFix, you should see an empty dialog box.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with any other party. When you leave our site and go to one of our partner sites for booking or other information, consult their policies, should you have any concerns. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
