Cleanliness in our Vacation Rentals

We’ve provided our housekeeping and grounds maintenance partners with cleaning and disinfection recommendations from the CDC. The general guideline is routine and thorough cleaning of frequently touched surfaces.  Our housekeepers focus on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, tables, handles, light switches, bathrooms, appliances, and countertops. Please advise us if you notice any surfaces in your vacation home that are visibly dirty.

According to the CDC, cleaning with a household cleaner that contains soap or detergent reduces the amount of germs on surfaces and decreases risk of infection from surfaces. In most situations, cleaning alone removes most virus particles on surfaces. Disinfection to reduce transmission of COVID-19 at your vacation rental is likely not needed, unless someone in your accommodation is sick or if someone who is positive for COVID-19 has been in your vacation rental within the last 24 hours. Our guests that depart are required to have negative PCR tests within 48 hours of leaving Mexico.

Our Mask Policy

In order to keep you and everyone associated with our vacation rentals safe, and to comply with the local regulations, we are requiring masks to be worn by our managers, housekeeping and grounds keeping partners whenever they will be talking to guests, or our other teammembers in person.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Reservation?

Need to change or cancel your trip? No problem — just scroll to find the site where you booked below.

If you booked on Airbnb
Please follow the cancellation instructions directly from your Airbnb reservation or request a cancellation through your Airbnb guest account. Refunds and cancellations will be processed based on Airbnb’s current policies.

If you booked on Booking.com, TripAdvisor, or Flipkey
Please follow cancellation instructions from your booking website and use that site’s guest account. Cancellations will be processed per the applicable/agreed cancellation policy.

If you booked through Evolve or Vrbo
You can either reschedule for a later date or cancel your reservation in your Evolve guest account using the steps outlined below. If you used Vrbo, you can make these adjustments through your Evolve guest account or your Vrbo guest account.
